Riya Kumar is a freshman this year and is a first year reporter! As she is entering high school, Riya is the most excited for going to social events and being able to go and get a snack in the snack line. She has very fond memories of wanting to go to the high school snack line in middle school with her friends, and is very excited to finally get the chance to go this year! She is also very excited to be able to go to all of the high school dances this year! The part of Tatler that she is the most excited for is making new friends and being able to possibly see her work in print! Over the summer, Riya went to Alaska on a cruise with some of her friends and thought it was fun to meet new people on the cruise from around the world! If Riya were any animal, she would be a dog because she loves how happy they are and how much care and love they get from their owners. Riya is so excited to be a part of Tatler this year!
