In 2024, I spent 203 hours, or 8 and a half days of my life watching movies. I watched 101 new movies, and rewatched 58 movies on top of that. I basically consider myself a pro.

My goal this year? 200 movies. I dedicate far too much time to watching movies and I’m in too deep now.

Now, if I were a part of the Academy that chose the Oscar nominees for my own personal year of movie watching, these would be my picks. Spoilers incoming.
