“Valentine’s Day”

    Valentines Day

This movie feels pretty mandatory to include in this list. Although it is certainly not the best rom-com, it had amazing potential, considering it has one of the best casts…ever? I would tell you who’s in it, but the list is so long, you just have to Google it yourself. With so many all-star actors in the cast, there are a number of romances and relationships taking place, demonstrating the complications with love from a little boy to high schoolers to grandparents. From a florist working his busiest day of the year to a sports reporter covering Valentine’s Day to an “I Hate Valentine’s Day” party, there is a storyline for everyone. However, with so many stories going on, I feel that the movie does not have the chance to truly get deep enough with each one. We do not see enough of their personal life, with all their qualities and flaws displayed, which is vital for any good rom-com. However, that shouldn’t dissuade anyone from watching the movie. You’ll enjoy the funny exchanges between comedic actors, and if there is a day to watch it, it is certainly Feb. 14.
