This movie’s cast is stacked. Ginnifer Goodwin, Scarlett Johansson, Jennifer Aniston, Bradley Cooper, Drew Barrymore, Justin Long, Ben Affleck and the list goes on. I am personally a huge fan of our fellow Memphian, Ginnifer Goodwin, who plays a leading lady desperate to find the man of her dreams when she meets a new friend who helps her realize that all these men are “just not that into [her].” With several different love stories between an interconnected group of people, the movie begs the stereotypical question, “What does it mean to be in love?” I appreciate this movie’s ability to follow a number of storylines, while still allowing the audience to feel a deep understanding of each character’s life, relationships and perspective on love.
Favorite/iconic scene: Goodwin’s realization that she “is the exception” to the “rule of love” when her former relationship advisor becomes the man of her dreams
