Emily Smith, Executive Editor of Art
Senior Emily Smith is a passionate artist and photographer who is looking forward to finishing off strong for her last year on Tatler by improving her (already amazing) art skills. You can count on Emily to always have a camera on hand and to make sure your photo is the best it can possibly be. She is so patient and doesn’t mind taking a ton of photos of someone until they find one they’re satisfied with. She loves anything related to chemistry and is interested in studying it in the future. In the summertime, Emily teaches kayaking at camp in Black Mountain, North Carolina. She would argue that sparkling water is the best drink and loves the brand La Croix. You could catch her reading Ms. Ray’s book “Surprised by Imperfection” in her free time. This summer, Emily miraculously survived sleeping in the woods for six days straight without showering. Clearly, Emily is fearless in both her work and hobbies, and we are so lucky to have her on Tatler this year!
